The course is designed for students who are studying English for a short time during the summer months and want to study a more intensive English class.
Classes are available starting every Monday from the beginning to the end of the summer term.
You stay in an experienced private teacher's family home, have one-to-one private English lessons, and then continue to use the language during the rest of your stay in Glasgow. Because you are the only student, you are guaranteed individual attention.
If you are planning to study at a college or university you will be required to demonstrate your English language ability prior to acceptance. The IELTS qualification is the recognised standard used by academic institutions in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand and is also accepted in the USA and Canada.
