The LSI Intensive 30 Course is for students who want to maximize their language learning practice during their stay. The Intensive 30 Course concentrates on all the areas that students need to achieve a much greater fluency in a short period of time.

Course Overview includes: • Morning General 20 in mixed age classes • Afternoon activities: 3 p/wk • Course duration: 1–4 wks • Minimum age: 40 • Elementary to Advanced levels Example activities include: winery visits, rain forest excursions, Maori weaving, boat trips, theatre visits, Kensington Palace. Intensive English (30 lessons per week) includes the above General English classes, and also allows you to personalise your course by taking an additional 10 lessons per week from a wide selection available.

One-to-One tuition is the ultimate course for making maximum progress during a short period of time. This is an intensive course which is 100% focused on your English language needs and designed by your teachers to meet your requirements.

The main aim of our General English courses is to teach students to speak English fluently and to understand English as it is spoken by native speakers. We provide a balanced programme of skills development (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing and Grammar).

You will experience how English is spoken and used in many real-life situations. Relevant and engaging lessons will develop your understanding of grammar, vocabulary, idioms and pronunciation, and allow you practise the four skills of everyday communication: reading, writing, speaking and listening.

The Semi-Intensive 24 course focuses on language fluency as a main goal. The four major skills students will practice are reading, writing, speaking and listening.

General English (20 lessons per week) will give you a practical understanding of the English language and take you all the way to fluency. See your confidence improve as we train you in all four communication skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

The General English course consists of 20 lessons each week and is the least intensive option offered at Kaplan. This course allows students to improve their English while still leaving time for sightseeing and leisure during their stay.

The Intensive 35 course is the fastest way for students to improve their English skills, regardless of their starting level. The course consists of 20 lessons of general English, 7 lessons of structured study, and 8 lessons of elective English each week.
